Together with Hartford HealthCare, education benefits at Quinnipiac University offer significant discounts on select programs to help current and future healthcare professionals further their careers through advanced education.

Visit HHC Connect for specific information about tuition assistance and reimbursement

The New Careers in Nursing (NCN) Program is designed to welcome qualified applicants to work at Hartford HealthCare (HHC) while pursuing a highly discounted BSN degree through Quinnipiac’s School of Nursing. Participants will complete the approved and accredited program on a part-time basis over the course of two years in Hartford, while maintaining employment (minimum 24 hours per week) with HHC.

Benefits for Undergraduate Study

  • Colleagues and their dependents are eligible for significant tuition discounts on all undergraduate degrees and programs of study

  • All colleagues and dependents will still be considered for additional need-based financial aid upon acceptance to Quinnipiac University

  • Benefits begin during the Fall 2023 semester and apply to study during fall and spring semesters.

  • Colleagues may further offset their tuition costs through Hartford HealthCare's tuition assistance program
