This motion graphics project combines dance, videography and graphic design into one visually interesting piece using industry software. It was created for the course GID 440: Motion Graphics II.
Course Overview
GID 440: Motion Graphics II explores advanced aesthetic, critical and technical topics in motion graphics and animation. Topics include typography and motion graphic design and layout, editing digital video, and audio. Students use problem-solving methods of design research and analysis to produce digital video animations that demonstrate both knowledge and understanding of motion graphics, and that provide them with professional entry into the field.

Project Overview
This title sequence is a combination of dance, videography and graphic design all merged into one visually interesting piece using Adobe After Effects. This project's objective was to create an eye-catching sequence that highlights each dancer's athletic and creative ability through visually engaging design elements that complement each movement.
The process to create this motion graphics video included project planning, filming, conceptual drawings and a case study write up.
